Company Settings

Configure your organisation's profile, branding, member portal, group structure, and more.

Overview

Company Settings is accessible to users with the Manage Settings permission. Go to Settings in the sidebar. Each section is a separate card — save them independently.

Branding

Upload your organisation's logo. It appears on the dashboard, registration pages, member portal, and receipts. Square images work best (200–500px). Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. Max 5MB.

Support Contact

Set a support contact that members see on the member portal's Support page. Fill in:

  • Contact Name — the person or team name (e.g. Mr. John Doe, Welfare Secretary)
  • Phone — displayed as a readable number
  • Call Number — in international format (e.g. 2332XXXXXXXX) — powers the direct-call button
  • WhatsApp Number — in international format — powers the WhatsApp button

This only matters if you have the Member Login Portal enabled, but it's good to set up in advance.

Member Login Portal

Available on the Pro plan. When enabled, members can log in at /[username]/members/ with their member code and password to view their payment history, top up a wallet, and make payments.

  • Enable/Disable — toggle the portal on or off
  • Default Password — the password new members start with. When you reset a member's password from the admin panel, it resets to this value. Members are prompted to change it after first login.

See the Members & Payments guide for the full member portal walkthrough.

Payout Schedule

Controls whether your balance is paid out automatically every Friday or held until you manually request a payout.

  • Auto payout on — balance is swept to your registered bank account every Friday without any action from you
  • Auto payout off — balance stays in your Campswipe account until you request a payout from Financials → Payouts

Starter organisations have auto payout forced on. Pro organisations can toggle it here or from within the Payouts section.

Group Structure

Organise members into a two-level hierarchy — for example Region → District, or Zone → Branch.

  • Enable Groups — turns on the group system across members, payments, and reports
  • Top-level Label — what you call the first level (e.g. Region, Zone, Chapter)
  • Sub-level Label — what you call the second level (e.g. District, Branch, Unit). Leave blank for single-level groups.

Once groups are enabled, go to Groups in the sidebar to create the actual group entries. You can also restrict admin users to see only specific groups — see the Permissions guide.

Member Form Fields

Configure which fields appear when adding or editing a member. Click Configure Member Fields to open the field settings page, where you can enable or disable optional fields (date of birth, gender, address, occupation, and so on) and add custom fields for anything specific to your organisation.

USSD

If your organisation has been set up with a USSD short code, the dial code and your organisation's short name are shown here. The short name appears in the USSD menu header — keep it under 15 characters and recognisable to your members.

USSD access is configured by the Campswipe team — contact support to set it up.
