Overview
Campswipe lets you add multiple admin users to your organisation and control exactly what each one can see and do. A user might have full access to Members and Payments but no access to Payouts, or they might be able to view reports but not make changes — it's fully configurable per user.
Adding Users
- Go to Manage Users in the sidebar
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address and send the invitation
- They accept the invitation and are added to your organisation
- Set their permissions (see below)
Starter organisations have 1 admin seat (the account owner). Pro organisations can have up to 5. Contact support if you need more.
Setting Permissions
- Go to Manage Users
- Click Permissions next to the user
- Enable or disable module access and specific action permissions
- Configure group access if your organisation uses groups

Special Permissions
Manage Users
Allows the user to add and remove other admin users, send invitations, and edit their permissions. Only give this to trusted team members.
Manage Settings
Allows the user to access Company Settings — branding, support contact, member login portal, payout schedule, group structure, SMS sender name, and member field configuration.
Group Access
If your organisation uses groups (e.g. Regions → Districts), you can restrict an admin user so they only see data for specific groups.
- All Group Access (default) — the user sees all members and payments across the whole organisation
- Specific Groups — uncheck "All Group Access" and select which groups they can see. The member list, payment views, and reports all filter to their assigned groups only.
This is useful for branch secretaries or regional coordinators who should only manage their own slice of the membership.
Removing Users
- Go to Manage Users
- Click Remove next to the user
- Confirm — their access is revoked immediately
Tips
- Give users only the modules they actually need — a treasurer needs Payments and Payouts; an event coordinator needs Events only
- Use group access restrictions for branch-level users so they can't see or modify other branches' data
- Remove access promptly when team members change roles or leave
- The account owner always has full access and cannot be restricted by other users
